Search Tips

- The required search criteria must include one of the following:
- Case Number
- Ticket Number
- Last Name and First name
- Company Name
- Performance
- The most efficient way to search for a case is by case number or ticket number.
- Without a case or ticket number, search by using first name and last name to find the case.
- If the minimal search above has too many results, try to provide as much information as possible to help retrieve results in a timely manner.
- Including Case Year, Case Type or Party Code are easy ways to narrow your results.
- Name fields
- You must always include a first and last name when performing a name search.
- If including a middle name, try only including the first letter of the middle name; middle name is not always present on a case.
- Company names may be entered in a variety of ways, try different variations to help find the information needed.
- Case number
- Case numbers include a year, a three letter case code, and a six digit sequence.

- 2022 CR A 001234
- 2022 CR B 001234

- Example: 04/21/2001

- Submit date of birth search as MM/DD/YYYY
- Case status
- Most cases fall into either open or closed. Although a case status may be closed, it does not mean the case is completed or adjudicated.
