Audio Quality for the ICA session can be set in the Citrix Policies, as well as in the Web Interface site under Session Settings Connection Performance Sound. Additionally, in XenApp versions earlier than 6.0, the audio quality can be set in the ICA-tcp port under the ICA Setting tab. (for other Mac & Windows OS installation help, see the article here) It is recommended to install the latest Citrix Workspace once your system has updated to MacOS Mojave 10.14 or higher. For best results, if you are using Sierra or High Sierra, Receiver 12.9.1 is the preferred Citrix version. I am using a Mac Book Pro with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.3. with a 'Jabra Evolve Link MS' headset and connecting to a Citrix Virtual host of my company. Everything works fine except the Audio device is not available but I can hear a sound in the headset. I am using Citrix Receiver für HTML5, Version: 2.5.0.707. On the host side I am using Skype for business but an Audio device is not available. On the Mac side the Audio device is available and is working well. Pls. advice what to do here.
